You need to kill 300 in one playthrough. You cannot replay chapters. Those who constantly appear from the door do not count. You will receive the trophy at the end of Chapter 13, there will be waves of survival, that’s where you will finish off the rest, you killed 10 penguins, let yourself be killed, and again, 10 killed, let yourself be killed, again. There won't be much left, by the end of Chapter 13 I had about 260 killed, I counted, so I got it on the waves almost immediately. During my first playthrough, I replayed chapters because of the red flags. Therefore, I had to go through chapters 1-13 again. But it didn’t take long, I completed it in 2 hours and got the trophy.
