The earliest chapter you can obtain this trophy: Chapter Seven

This trophy is easier to obtain than it sounds. In fact, you can obtain the trophy just by playing through the game naturally or while you’re grinding towards level 99 in the Ghost Ship Extreme. The earliest you can obtain this trophy is during Chapter Seven when you return back to Rosa. At this point you should have Burning Strike Lv2, which is all you really need to inflict over 14,000 of damage with a Burning Strike attack. Revisit old areas like Salgin and make sure you're wielding your strongest weapon on your most powerful character. Enter a battle and activate buffs like Flash Sword followed by attack power buffs such as the following:

• Drunken Burst (Zegream)
• Gelanamin (Simon)
• Warrior God's Cry (Lilika)
• Aromatic Boost (Jupis)

Additionally, you can further increase your attack power by using a Strength Star item which will raise all allies' attack power for a period of time when used in battle. Once you're all buffed out with Jaster, get close to an enemy and active your Burning Strike Lv2 and you'll deal over 14,000 with ease.

If you wish to make this trophy much easier, you can save it until you've progressed further in the game when your party is very powerful and your most powerful character has learned Burning Strike Lv3. Return back to Planet Rosa and make your way to the Salgin area and then use a Burning Strike Lv3 on a weak enemy. By this point of time, you should have easily been able to inflict over 14,000 of damage before the button pressing sequence is even over.
