How to unlock the Are These Guys For Real? achievement in Rogue Warrior - Definitive Guide

The Spetznaz are the enemies that drop in via zip lines at various points in the game. There are way more than 50 in the 8 missions. Just kill everyone and you should get it with no problem. If not you will still need 2 more playthroughs to get 1000 in the game so you should be able to finish off the 50 in subsequent playthroughs.

The Spetznaz are enemies that have armor and helmets. They show up during later missions. You really won't even have to try to net this achievement, it should just come through natural game progression.

Spetznaz are the soldiers with balaclavas and/or helmets, they will burst out of a room or fast rope into your location, kill 50 of these and the achievement is yours.
