Romancing SaGa 2 (HP)

During one of the generations you will be prompted to build a university for 1,400,000 coins, do so. Once the university is built, go and visit it. You will see it is fairly empty. You will want to talk to the professor in the upper right portion of the Library. He will say that to fill the university you should take classes, agree and he will say that you must pass the exam before you leave. You only need to answer 6 out of 10 correctly. Once you enroll, talk to the Architecture and Law professor, they will provide you with 2 answers on the exam. All of the other questions are based around bosses, mechanics, and economy of the game.

Once you pass leave the building and then go right back in. The university will be full of people. Head to the "lounge" area and there will be one person sitting there by themselves, talk to them. Once you finish all of the dialogue the achievement will unlock.
