Story related - Once you get to the second dungeon of the game go through and beat the boss then the achievement will unlock.

The English title of this trophy is "Watchman Purge" and is story-related to clearing the second dungeon early in the game. The King will take you to this location and the goal is to clear the Watchmen miniboss creatures in the first basement floor, right side door. I had little to no problem with the Watchmen themselves, instead having issues with the Hellcrow and its high defense. You can use the King's Light Ball technique on it to do a decent 30 damage, same for the Slimes, but beyond that, best of luck with the undead forms.
