Romancing SaGa 2

To trigger this event during the final generation you must have gained all optional character classes and expanded the empire to all land areas possible. This should trigger whether you chose to help the lizards or chose to get dark magic.

Once these goals have been completed, go to your bed chambers on the third floor of Avalon castle. There should be chancellor up their talking about having seen a ghost of Victor. (If you haven't completed all the objectives, the character will say the ghost told him to unify the people and the land).

Next, sleep in your bed and you will wake up at night. Go to the far room on the left and Viktor should be there. Talk to him to challenge him to a fight. I highly recommend using Sword barrier as he can hit pretty hard.
