Multiplayer is in this game is local only, you'll need multiple controllers to get this achievement. The other controller(s) do not need to be logged in to accounts. I did this with 4 controllers while going after The Ninja but it can likely be done with just 2 and no AI.
What you want to do is latch onto one of the pins in a tight circle with your main controller. Press on hold A to do this. With the other controllers you'll need to press and hold A for a larger circle on same pin until your main controller cuts through the other controllers line and then let in fall off the screen. Repeat the process 9 more times without letter you character fall on the screen.

As the descriptions says, you must earn 10 kills in a row without dying in a Multiplayer game. You will almost surely get this trophy whilst trying for the Ninja trophy, so see that trophy description for more info.
