Simple. Just complete the first 5 levels of the first campaign (Level 1-1 through 1-5). Upon completion of the 5th level, trophy unlocks.

This trophy is easy and is awarded for completing any 5 levels. What rank of helmet you achieve is irrelevant, as are the levels you complete - though it's fairly likely it will be levels 1-5 of World 1. Your trophy will unlock upon reaching the exit of your 5th completed map.
