Note that this has to be done with one player carrying the ball from inside their own 10 metre line to score. Passing the ball does not get the achievement, either does kicking and regathering.

Confirmed, I got this when I used one player (Vatuvei, go the Beast!) to run it out from inside my 10m to score. I did not get it earlier when I started a play inside my 10m but passed the ball a couple times before scoring.

Catch the ball from the kick off behind the 10 metre line or get tackled behind your 10 metre line and either run to the left or right sideline. Break the winger's tackle and the proceeding tackles until you are in space and it is just you and the fullback. Break his tackle or run around him and score. You cannot pass the ball to another player unless it is from the dummy half to a player. Trophy pops after the conversion.
