Just start a new season in the NRL or SL, pick every team and then simulate each game. Might take 15-20 minutes but once the season is over the achievement will pop. I did play the grand final during this method though, to ensure i got the premiership achievement. Shouldnt make a difference if you sim it.

In an NRL or SL season, choose one player and try to score as many tries as you can him in every game. Repeat this for every game and the trophy will pop after the Grand Final. You do not have to score a lot of tries as about 30-40 would make you the top for the rest of the Season.
