This will almost certainly come in your first game (providing you can score a try). The game will automatically decide when to go Video Ref decision (normally when the try is scored with a lot of opposition players surrounding the try scorer).

When you are tackled in the opposition's goal, the player will try to score. The decision will be sent up to the Video Referee and will be awarded or denied.
To unlock the trophy you do not need to score the try but just get the decision viewed. Just run into the opposition's goal and don't score. You will be tackled and either put the ball down or be held up. Either way, you get the trophy.
