I this achievement with the difficulty set on medium playing as the New Zealand team vs Nambia . I also set the game to 20 minuet halves in order to get as many tries as I could.
With New Zealand get as many tries as you can. Eventually one of the players will eventually get three tries. I got it with one of my Wings.

Make sure the difficulty is set to medium or hard, and make sure the same player gets 3 tries. When you score a try it should tell you how many tries that player has.
