This method requires a second controller
When you're at the main menu, press
on the red box that says "Get Ready to Run". Once you've done that make sure you press on both controllers so that they are both in the game (only 1 controller has to be signed into the account you want to get the achievement on)
Once you've done that, make sure the game settings (on the following screen) are as follows:
Difficulty: Easy
Rounds: 5
Music: Doesn't matter
Power-ups: Swappers Only
When you're in game, use your second controllers' character to get every power-up, then press
to execute the power-up on your main controller. Execute the power-up 10 times and the achievement will unlock when you end the match.

Didn't even have to press anything. A few seconds after picking up each one it would do the teleport.
