"Run" game is the top left option of the mode select screen (next to Arena and King of the Mountain). Simply select Run mode, press

Instructions unclear. I now have my foot stuck in the toaster :(

Let it be noted, you can drop into ledges/die and it will still count towards finishing the level. I fell/died on 3 or 4 of the levels. Took less than 5 minutes.
