When playing as Shun, die. If Ikki appears to urge you to continue, the trophy will pop. If he does not, just keep dying until he does.

To get the trophy, you must die while playing as Andromeda Shun (the character with the chain), and his brother Ikki must appear on the continuation screen. It doesn’t appear the first time, so the Unbending Heart skill will help you.
