Good day everyone,
To get this achievement you need to be playing the first mission of the Gangsta's In Space DLC, The mission is called Faster, More intense. This achievement is obtainable after the director wants you to jump from the helicopter redoing the scene. Make sure to land in the circle of smoke on the ground. I pulled my parachute slightly later then i wanted to but it helped me make sure i didn't over shoot the circle.
I'm not sure if you have to pull back on the stick as you land to stick it fully or not but i would recommend doing it anyways.
Edit: if you want to replay the mission, finish all 3 DLC missions then save and load. You will then be able to replay the missions again.

It doesn't have to be perfect like the with challenge. I landed on the outer part of it still touching the smoke and still got it.
