After placing the chip into Sybil's VR goggles and entering Reality 2.0, you'll be in a cyber version of Sybil's and this is where the achievement is located.
On Sybil's desk there is a pair of Lips. Interact with them over and over and over and eventually you'll reach a moment where Sam & Max will recognize the dialogue is from when they first entered Sybil's in the episode. On your next click the Lips will bug out and you'll be told there appears to be a bug.
