By far and away the hardest trophy in the game. You’ll have to forget every technique you’ve picked up by playing on basic and it really takes a lot of practice to get used to. To set up the race first go to ‘Options’, ‘Realism Settings’ and switch the ‘Style’ to ‘Extreme’. Then set up the quick race, put the opponent level to professional in ‘Race Options’ and the rest of the settings are up to you. You’ll most definitely want to have the race on a track you’re most comfortable with. I chose Salt Lake City because the track is very wide and there are a few forgiving corners that you can use to gain some advantage over the professional opposition.

False starts and penalties are on so you will have to wait for the lights to go off before accelerating. The power of the bike will always make the front wheel rise up, tilt the analog stick forward at the start, on straights and when accelerating out of corners. Your rider will fall off if you brake too much when turning. To avoid this, slow down before taking the turn and use the coloured directional arrows at the top of the screen to help you better prepare for corners. Another worthwhile thing to note is, when exiting the bend gradually increase acceleration because, as mentioned before, the power of the bike will be your downfall and the rider will fall off. Practice is most definitely the name of the game for this trophy and it is very do-able once you find your own techniques.
