It's pretty straight forward. Just choose these team types at the end of each season. However, WSS is only available at the end of Seasons 1 and 2. If you don’t have it, just start a new career and do an STK, WSS and SBK season.

This trophy is earned during your main career mode attempt. As long as you sign up with an STK, WSS and SBK team over the course of your career and then win the season at least once you will unlock this trophy. By signing up with the three teams and winning one season with each you will also unlock Congratulations 4 your marriage and It gets serious.
