From the main menu select Arcade then scroll across to Riders. Select this then press 
to create a new rider. Enter a first name of “Mister” and a surname of “Macaco”. After you do that press 
to confirm the creation (you don’t need to change any of the other details) and the trophy will pop. You will also get Nice to meet you at the same time.
