The trick here is to ensure the bike breaks before you do, or you'll be out with an injury instead.

It's easiest to bin it in the wet, so wait until you have a qualifying or free practice session in the wet or rain.

You're much less likely to injure yourself if you lowside (crash falling onto the inside of the turn), which is easily done in the wet by just giving it way too much throttle as you come out of a corner, especially a slow tight one. Turn your simulation level up to medium or high if you are having trouble, but I was able to easily do it on Donnington in simulation low difficulty.
