Once you start career mode and select your character's form and preferences, you'll be given some teams to join. Your first ones will typically be of the STK type. Once you sign one of their contracts, you'll unlock the achievement. Also, as a heads up, it helps to choose teams with specific levels of experience on bike upgrades during your career progression, as it helps you upgrade all of your bike components for the following achievement:
