Simply win a race changing the length in race settings. Opponent difficulty doesn't matter. This will make the race 24 laps long. Good luck!

this has to be in simulation arcade wont count i found out the hard way!

If you pick monza map(the easyest one) then you only need 18 laps to do.

Start a Quick Race in Simulation and in Race Options put the length up to 100%. This is a total of 22/23 laps (depending on the course) so pick the track you like most, the shortest track or the track you do best (I choose Magny-Cours) and get racing.
