There is no sure-fire way to get this. You just have to answer 10 in a row correctly. I actually got this my first time playing... If you are playing with multiple people, it will not matter if an opponent scores in the middle of your run, you just have to not have an incorrect answers when you do answer.

It may also be easier to get this once you have played through a few times and you start to memorize the answers!
