How to unlock the Spotless Performance achievement in Scene It? Bright Lights! Big Screen! - Definitive Guide
First of all, I agree with Stumpy's assessment. You should play with a second controller, and it helps to have a laptop. Daz0128's answers helped me fairly often, so I created an answer list, too. I believe this version of Scene It had more questions than the previous two, so there are a lot of answers in the spreadsheet. If you find any missing questions or answers, send me a message and I'll get them added.

Just a suggestion... you could make this a Google Doc so we can look at it without downloading it. :-)

The only thing that could be considered a guide is a complete answer list, and I don’t have that. But I do have some tips that helped me.
First off, you need to memorize pretty much everything. That will take MANY playthroughs to get – you have been warned.
Tip 1: Play with a second controller. You can use this controller to buzz in (on buzz in questions) to see the answers ahead of time. That will give you more time to answer the question with your character. Another benefit to this is at the end of each round, it will let the last place person pick the game for the last puzzle block for that round. I really sucked at hint parade, so if that was an option, I would always choose something else.
Tip 2: Have a laptop or play near a computer, and look up the answers on www.imdb.com. If a movie clip plays, try and have the info on the movie up by the time the answers start. There are generally 2 different question sets to each quiz. This also works well for “credit roll” as you can look up characters names and see what movies have those characters. This is also great for pop quiz and pretty helpful for hint parade. Hitting pause doesn’t stop the clock, but it does keep the next question from coming up. So if you get a pop quiz about Client Eastwood, answer the first question, then hit pause, then look up his movies on imdb.com and memorize the list (or have it handy), and then unpause the game and answer the remaining 9 questions.
The biggest thing is memorizing everything. If you’re not the movie-type, you’re going to have a really hard time with this. I’m quite familiar with most movies and who’s in them, but I still had to play many many many many many times.
Sorry that this isn't an answer list, but these tips helped me, so maybe they'll help you.

When I saw this achievement, I thought to myself that this will be very very very hard. Even though in past Scene It games I have done very very well, I never answered every single question right in any game. Especially with the scrambled titles games.

I don't yet have this game (didn't even know it was out), but in the previous games, you could pull your battery out of the wireless controller and it would "pause" the game that way. If that same method can be used, it would help stop the clock too which will allow you to get more points I think along with Tip 2 by Stumpy25. Just a suggestion...

Here is my answer sheet. It's done in excel and I shared the file online so no downloads required. I don't believe you can edit it though, but I'm hoping 99% of the answers are in there.
Warning: This will not guarantee your achievement, but I was able to get it on the NTSC and EU version using this, so it definitely helps. You need to play several, several games and memorize most of the pictures/videos/soundclips before you stand a chance at this.
NOTE: i put a tips section in on the first page. I wish everyone the best of luck
