This is a fairly simple achievement. All across the worlds there are tons and tons of interactive objects, from signs to garbage cans to rocks. Simply take down 200 opponents (defeating means they drop coins, just hitting them doesn't count) while holding or throwing an object and you'll get the achievement in no time.
Note: It doesn't have to be the same object for all 200. Although if you can hold onto an object that long, kudos to you.

Easiest with Power of Love Sword (On main title screen where it says press start Square Square Square X Circle Triangle). This counts as an interactive object and you'll get it halfway thru a run.
