You can check the number of KO's you have by accessing the leaderboard. It will show you how much money you have earned and how many KO's you have.

Maybe include how someone can enable Zombie Survival mode?

Some say, to unlock Zombie Mode, press cn_down cn_up cn_right cn_down cn_up cn_right cn_down cn_up cn_right cn_right cn_right on the Title Screen and then go to Extra Modes.

Leo's Place is the best stage to get this on, use the sword cheat (on the main menu press X, X, X, A, B, Y which will grant you the Sword of Love) to get a super great weapon and its loads quicker if your character is locked up all the way. This level has the most enemies per stage. The horde of "fans' running at you early on all counts as kills and that's an easy 30-40 right there.

Defeat 1000 enemies in any way you can. You should have no problem getting this in your first playthrough.

Quite a simple trophy. Get it near the end of the game. Oddly enough, flying piggy banks in bonus levels are also considered enemies.
