In career mode there will be a section called 'Open'
Choose the first set events and the 8th race.
Finish first overall, and the achievement will unlock in the loading screen.
(There is 8 events to complete, and will take around 40 mins)

in CAREER mode go to option OPEN (on the bottom) and choose first card for racing called RALLIES AROUND THE WORLD. Here you have races with 8 stages. Each race required different car. Here you need XSARA RALLY CAR 02
