How to unlock the Rising star! achievement in Sébastien Loeb Rally EVO - Definitive Guide
This the most time consuming achievement in the game. You need to reach No 1 in the World Standings, which requires 1,371,049 Reputation. Also, you need to get gold medals in the first 8 Loeb Events to access the final.
The majority of races and stages will earn you 5600 Rep for a win. The difficulty and assists used do not effect the amount of Rep you recieve so you can play on the easiest settings if you prefer. Please note, only races done in Career will reward you with Rep.
You could also work on winning each seperate rally for their achievements, a win in a 4 day rally will earn you 44,000 Rep and takes about 1 hour to complete. I also recommend avoiding the Drift Events, they only reward 3,900 for a win and some take ages.
Here is a list of the shorter stages from each rally, they should take 5 minutes per stage. Most other stages are nearly twice as long.
Monte Carlo (Siserton, 6529 yards) (Vitrolles-Faye, 4640 yards)
Sweden (Rada, 4570 yards) (Torsby, 7841 yards)
Mexico (Las Minas, 6007 yards) (Los Mexicanos, 5625 yards)
San Remo (San Romolo, 5603 yards) (Bosco di Rezzo, 6363 yards)
Finland (Himos, 4919 yards) (Paijala, 6727 yards)
Australia (Bellingen, 5513 yards) (Hydes Creek, 5793 yards)
France (Vosges Pays d'Ormont, 5185 yards) (Vignoble De Cleebourg, 5849 yards)
Wales (Sweet Lamb, 5036 yards) (Great Orme, 5336 yards)
Once you win an event (or even just get a top 3) the amount of Rep for repeating it will drop dramatically, so once you get a top 3 in something it's better to move on to the next.
You can find the Loeb Events in the Career Menu, on the right.

Hope this help you to get this achievement a little faster!

So, you recomend doing those, which will amount to 320K. Then what would be the fastest route ? Anyway, thanks for sharing.

The only way to speed it up more would be to drive the faster cars as soon as you can afford them. The game makes you repeat certain stages with each class of car. Each event will have the circuit name on the top left. If you see a name from the list above, go for it!
