In career mode there will be a section called 'Open'

Choose any race from the 'Vs' section

Finish first, and the achievement will unlock in the loading screen.

I would like to add a little tip.

Some of the cars are easier than others to catch up and win in.

I got this achievement very easily using the Mini

From the main menu, choose Career and then Open. From there, scroll to the last events which is VS. Choose any event (they are all Head to Head). The trophy will pop when you finish in first.

in CAREER mode you have to go card OPEN and select last card HEAD TO HEAD. to unlock this achievement you need to overtake AI car and win the race.
