This can be done on campaign. In the training mission in fact. Simply overdrive into the guy that wanders onto the track while you are heading to save the ships. There are several more targets straight after this one.

I did it in a Swarm offline match, map Whiteout - Excavators and difficult Trivial, easy to do.

This is actually easy to get on the first level of the game. When you start fighting enemies just click 
until you overdrive and collide with an enemy. You may need to hit them twice with overdrive or shoot their shields down first, but you have quite a few section 8 members helping you in the beginning of the game so it shouldn’t be too much of a problem. Getting this trophy will unlock the Siphon Tool.
