In the third level you will actually get an order to purchase a bike in the campaign. After you order it, just shoot at an enemy with the bike’s gun (
) until their shield is gone and run them over. It doesn’t matter if you use speed boost or not, but I recommend not to as you cannot adjust your steering as well while you’re using speed boost.
