All you have to do is to get one kill with each of the following weapons:
Assault Rifle
Machine Gun
Pistol
Shotgun
Pulse Rifle
Sniper Rifle
Missile Launcher
This can be achieved in any game mode such as:
Campaign
Conquest
Swarm
Assault
Skirmish
Note: if you are playing online you can achieve this in a ranked or unranked match, or boosted with friends or against trivial difficulty bots. (Playing against bots can be done offline also)

A few notes. First, you forgot to include the Missile Launcher which is also required for this achivement (it was the last one I used). Second, it only seems to count infantry kills. I killed several mechs and turrets with the launcher but didn't get this to pop until I killed a regular soldier with it.

There are 9 types of weapons, and you have to get 1 kill with each weapon for the trophy to pop. Once you’ve gotten a kill with a weapon you get a notification at the bottom what percent you’re done with. The weapons are: assault rifle, sniper rifle, machine gun, missile launcher, pulse cannon, shotgun, pistol, knife, and grenade.
