THIS ACHIEVEMENT IS MISSABLE!!!!!!
If you get 2nd place or lower on ANY stage of the tourney, you can't get this lure unless you start up a new campaign. To avoid this simply quit out on the results screen if you place lower than 1st. Each Stage is made up of 3 rounds, at the end of round three you're taken to the results screen. Also, be sure to read the instructions for the Professional Tournament before you start. The scoring is a bit different than previous tournaments.
This snazzy little achievement is basically unlocked the same time as "Perfect Angler" and really isn't too difficult. Once you complete the 5 Stages of the Professional Tournament (in first place each round), head back to the menu and select "Personal Data" then "Tackle Box" and it should pop as soon as you enter that screen.
Here are some tips on playing this game.
The best bait to use (in my personal experience) is the lure called "Buzz Bait". It's unlocked part of the way through the Campaign, probably on the second tournament or so. It's not so good on "The Bridge", only in the shallow area does it exceed well. For that area use the slim green "Straight Worm", that should get the job done.
Again, if you don't come in first place, simply exit back to the dashboard and simply reload the game, there are no repercussions like ranking down, keep trying until you get it!

Since you don't have to necessarily win a round, but come in 1st place overall in the stage, which is made up of 3 rounds, right? I'm just double checking, 'cause I understood what was meant by the description of the achievement and what you explain in your solution. It's just a minor "word" thing. Thank you for your effort writing this solution.

Missable
This is one of the two missable trophies that is earned during the Professional Tournament. You must win all stages of this tournament to obtain the trophy. It is worth noting that the trophy will not unlock until you visit the ‘Tackle Box’, click on your well deserved ‘Sonic Lure’ and the trophy will unlock.
