In the mission "Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse" just before the stone colosseum for the first beacon, on the right there is a wooden hut. Enter the hut and read the paper on desk to trigger the side quest to Find Alessandro.
Follow the trail to right (still before the stone colosseum) and complete the side quest to unlock the achievement.
