Complete the side mission ‘We can be heroes’ on the level ‘Death from Below’.
It is found shortly after you receive your first S.A.M and is very clearly signposted but you need to go into a building and up a number of staircases to the roof.
Aid the Italian resistance and job done.
As an aside I realised two things in this battle that are just generally helpful.
1. The shotgun has the range of high calibre rifle
2. The decoy will attract all enemy attention for its duration even if it they aren’t near it.
