Start campaign mission "When in Rome". Go through the level as usual. You'll first run into the first side mission. Finish that one or continue on until you reach the "city". It's a new area and has a Propaganda Bot at bottom of a long bridge. Follow your yellow mission icon and you'll encounter another (2nd) Propaganda Bot and your yellow marker will show to go left at a turn in the road. Go forward and slightly right instead and beside a few concrete barriers, the white box with the mission details will pop. Easy mission. Follow the blue path and enjoy your achievement.
