you will get this once youve beaten the game on normal mode (demon hunter) and the difficulty achievements DONT stack, so you have to go through the game 3 times (believe me, you cant hear/see the cutscenes any more once you are at your 3rd run)

ALWAYS max the damage of your weapons out first!! reload speed isnt as important as damage output, never in the whole game! although i dont recomend upgrading the boner (first weapon) its quite helpfull to shoot off legs from demons to get some breathing space and you find almost everytime ammo. you also dont waste as much as with the teether.
Keep a few red gems in your inventory to fill up your health. each time they increase health they refill it to 100% so make good use of them and only use them if needed.
you can grind for white gems to get the maximum red gems (there are some spots in the game for that) but it isnt forcibly needed on this difficulty. also keep in mind that shooting off legs and stomping them to death gives you around 3-5 gems, for grinding purposes.
use the red gem glitch for some extra red gems! meaning, come to a save-bat and if you can backtrack to a previous red gem location, quit out and reload. grab the gem again and continue to the next save and you have an additional gem up your sleeve.
