There are totaly 5 way of execution which triggerd randomly so just keep going.
Works on: Normal / Hollow / Punkgut / Psychoram
If it doesn't appears, then you need to start a new game and do some brutal kill. Doesn't need to do the 5 moves, just the one that the game miss.
BreadSkin
In order to perform a Brutal Kill, you must first fire a Light Shot (
+
) to stun a demon. Once they're stunned, quickly run up to them and press 
to perform it.
The type of Brutal Kill you perform is completely determined by random, so you'll have to keep performing Brutal Kills until you perform all five.
The 5 unique Brutal Kills are:
- A kick in the crotch, followed by a swing of your torch, decapitating the head
- A three knee combo to a demon's head
- A two punch combo
- A headbutt
- Shoving your Johnson into their throat
Once you've performed all five at least once, the trophy will automatically unlock.

The 5 brutal kills are
- Knee bash to chin
- Torch in the throat
- Left hook Right hook
- Headbutt
- Crotch kick and torch bash
The perform these Use your light shot on any lower demon (the regular walking dead...>_>) move to them while they are stunned and hit the 
. The best place to do this is during the chapter 3-2 farm listed in the Preparation section or High in Las Vegas
