There isn't quite anything too difficult to this.
You are required to get chainsaw kills which just means using the chainsaw to kill someone.
The easiest way is grappling your enemies and hitting them with a chain saw (takes more than one time) or doing that little leap-jump-pounce-thing and do it there which will take out most of their health so if you want to weaken them a tiny bit before doing it go ahead.
That's really about it, I never really liked using the chainsaw in actual combat so grappling the enemies is pretty much an easy way to go.
Also funfact: Getting this achievement will unlock the Grindhouse costume. Which is pretty sweet.

Just to add a pointer to this. It does count if you kill dogs or animals, and it still counts the kills when you die in a level. You can check your kills with different weapons in the pause menu.

For this trophy, you need to get 100 chainsaw kills. To use the chainsaw, hit the
