You have to wall ride 20 ministry posters for Bob. Just follow the waypoints to the nearest poster. There are more than 20 so if you're having trouble with one move on to another.

This is story based and therefore unmissable.

Story related and can't be missed.  First mission you get from Bob after opening his skate shop. All you need to do is ride by 20 posters (they will be highlighted) and press to wall ride them and change them to Bob's posters.

Story related. Once you open up Bob’s skate shop, he will ask you to convert Ministry propaganda signs into advertising for his skate shop. When near a sign press to jump, and then again to wall ride the sign. To access some signs you will have to shape ramps and rails. Follow the navigation markers to find out where the signs are.
