I don't have the specific location for the billboards, cause its not necessary.
The best way to do this is by simply getting your flow to level 2 or 3. Once you have at least level 2 or 3 just start skating around doing 360s everywhere. By doing this you will transform everything in sight. You should get this by the time you beat the game.
I wasn't really focused on finding these, I just did the method above and ended up getting the achievement without even trying.

This trophy is unlocked for revealing 5 billboards for Stride gum. The billboards are all opened with level 1 flow and you will have them all opened by the time you get Walk in the Park. If you think you are missing any of these, just look around the areas of the world that you have not yet influenced with tricks. As long as you influence the entire area of the maps, these will open.

See the description for “Skate Guru”, for a good way to get your flow up to level 2 or 3. Once you have your flow up to at least level 3, keep doing jumping 360’s everywhere. If you skate around using this method, you will transform everything around you. I did not seek out one of these signs, and I was still able to transform them all without even trying.
