Things you need to do to unlock this achievement:
- Collect all orange glowing arrows around the map in each area (Midtown, Downtown, Rising Island & Ministry HQ).
- Destroy all concrete blocks/cylinders.
- Destroy all skateblockers
- Reveal 5 STRIDE-billboards (unlocks another achievement)
- Reveal 5 Wendy Restaurants (unlocks another achievement)
- Collect all treasure chests (unlocks another achievement)
- Reveal 5 skateshops owned by Bob. One shop comes during the story (unlocks another achievement)

After you completed a set of a secret challenge, you'll get additional EXP (example: you get 30 EXP after destroying 30 skateblockers in Midtown Quarter). This will give you another nice boost to buy all the tricks available at Bob's shop, which will unlock another achievement.

you must do all the challenges that are under secret challenges.
ie:
Crush the blocks
land on the concrete cylinder blocks and destroy them.
varys for 20-40 on different maps.
(usually found on the streets, courtyards,near alleys/in alleys. never on rooftops.)
Collect the arrows
collect the light painting arrows.
Varys from 20-25 on different maps.
(Usually found in higher areas, billboards,ramps,rooftops...
also somme on the street level usually get to it by grinding.)
Remove the skate blockers.
Grind the skate blockers out of existence.
Always (_/30)
(Almost always at the street level. Usually off to the side.)
I did find somme next to some transports and some are on stair legdeg,fountains. Basicly anything you can see yourself grinding(on street level) should have some.
As for the stride billboards & Wendy's Restaraunts.
Just skate around with a lvl 2 flow and make sure you past in front of windows/billboards.
Thes should come naturaly whilst going for the other secrets.
Also you get 2 achievements for influencing wendy's and stride's billboards/restaurants.
If this wasnt helpful im sorry this game is pretty easy and should not really need a collection guide.
But anyone wants to make one go right ahead.

Unfortunately this trophy doesn't exactly work as it's described. You need to discover AND complete all secret challenges. The challenges are all fairly easy but the concrete blocks were annoying as hell. In order to see what you have to do in each area press 
to go to the map and then 
to back out to the main map. From there you can highlight each area and the right hand menu will tell you what challenges are available. Scroll to the bottom of the list using 
and you will see the secret challenges which will let you know what you have left to do. The challenges are...
- Destroy Concrete Blocks - My least favorite activity of the game because they are hard to jump on sometimes. You have to land right on top of the blocks for them to smash and you will get a verification message whenever you destroy one. The blocks look like big upside down soda cups with 2 pink rings in the center. Most of them are in groups of 2 to 4 but there are a few stray ones here and there. You will only find these at ground level, never on top of a building.

Collect Arrows - Early on you will see these floating arrows all over the place. I wouldn't worry about them too much until you get the ability to shape rails because that will help you reach these. These are all in plain sight. If you are having problems finding them get off your board with
and look around with the free camera. - Destroy Skate Blockers - These are very easy to find and always come in groups of 3 to 6. They are black with pink highlights and you will only find them on the ground level on grind-able surfaces.

Luckily, this is one of the easier collectible achievements you will find in a video game. This achievement is broken down into three parts: Destroy concrete blocks, collect arrows, and destroy skate blockers. You can check your progress on these collectibles by viewing the city map, and scrolling down. Each section of the game will have its own collectibles. In contrary to most collectibles, I grabbed them during the story mode as you come across them. If some of the arrows are too hard to reach during the story mode then just wait until the end. At this point you will unlock all of your shaping abilities, which will make them easier to access. Below are videos of where to get them during the story mode. The below videos also show you how to progress through the story mode. Only videos for the Midtown and Downtown quarters are complete at this point. Destroy concrete blocks: You will generally see these pylons in a grouping. These pylons will always be found at ground level. They are gray with 2 red/pink stripes around them. These are the hardest to destroy as you must jump directly on top of them. I found the best method is to approach them VERY slowly, and then jump on them.
Collect Arrows: Most of these arrows will be found higher up, however some will be found on ground level. The good news is most of these can be seen from ground level. To get arrows that are high up, use shaping rails and ramps to access them.
Destroy Skate Blockers: These can be found on low concrete structures, which can be grinded. They look like a black metal plate with two colored stripes on them. Simply jump on the structures to start a grind, and knock off the black plate. These are usually found in groups of 3-6. Much like the concrete blocks, the skate blockers will always be found at street level.
