How to unlock the Skatecopter achievement in Shaun White Skateboarding - Definitive Guide

This one's fairly easy. Just twist 1080 degrees in the air.

It can be done in the 1st area (Midtown Quarter) near the docks. There is a halfpipe right next to the fullpipe behind the skate shop that I did it on.

Also in the second area (Downtown Quarter) there is a small bowl in the skate park you can do a 1080 in.

If you are having trouble doing this achievement by the solution above, simply play a multiplayer match on rooftops and go into the pool. Get the power up for bigger air (blue shoe looking one) and you'll easily do more than a 1080 upon doing so.

Make sure you get in a half pipe that will give you good air. I completed this just after the helicopter mission, when you get so skate as Shaun White for the first time. Find a steep pool with a good half pipe and drop in. Use the speed boost method, to get your speed up. Once you have some momentum going, use to spin like crazy. Don’t worry about over spinning and falling, because it is nearly impossible to fall in this game. Also, you do not have to worry about a perfect landing, so spin as much as you can.
