"Shaun's first task" is collecting the 12 Euros scattered around the four locations (Park City, Europe, Japan, Alaska). Collecting them is quite easy as you can usually just walk up to them and get them. Sometimes you may have to grind a rail or go off a ramp. This shouldn't take you more than twenty minutes. Once you have all the Euros, you want to go to Park City, and go to Shaun's hideout. In Park City, his hideout is near the top of the first lift, and next to the Maintenance Building. You will see his face on the minimap as you approach it. Once you go to him, he will teach you a Focus power, and you will get this achievement.

Shaun White will ask you to collect 3 Euros from each mountain as your first mission. Once you collect all 12 Euros you will unlock the ability to power shove people and break through certain walls when using focus. To find these open your map and you will see the coins icon on there. Travel to the closest chairlift or helicopter drop zone and ride down the mountain to its location. Just simply run into to collect it.
