The earliest you can do this quest is when you first have to catch a purse snatcher. Visit the side of Hotel Niaowu to meet Mai who will give you Chawan sign #4. Use this sign at Drunk Tank or Prize Cafe to get Chawan sign #6. Return to Mai and he will give you Chawan sign #5. Use Chawan sign #5 at Peking Duck House or Crazy Dim Sum to receive a note. Return to Mai to complete this quest.
