Each day there are 2 active challenges available to complete, they rotate daily so you'll have to check back with the customer service employee each day to see if this challenge is available to play. Once it's active just head over to the Frog Race table and win 3 games. They don't have to be consecutive wins so it's OK to lose. Just win 3 times on the day the challenge is available to complete this challenge and earn the trophy. Frog Race is based on luck (the frog might not want to move) and it's also based on skill since you have to constantly press the button prompts to give your frog a boost. If you visit the color fortune teller behind Niaowu clinic then he'll tell you the best color to use. Once you win a race switch to a different frog as you're unlikely to win two consecutive races with the same frog.
