Story related, cannot be missed. When you first see a thug in Niaowu you will have to follow and confront him at the Bustling Diner on Blossom Road. A QTE chase will follow. After the chase ends, walk down Vendor Avenue until you reach Joseph Kitchen's Fried Noodle Shop where you will encounter your old friend from Shenmue 2.
