This requires you to collect all 191 herbs located throughout Bailu Village. It's recommended that you wait until you've unlocked the entire map before attempting this so you don't get confused and skip one that you think you've already picked up. The earliest you can unlock the entire map is when you're told to visit Mr. Su in Sunset Hill. Subquest exclusive herbs are not required for this trophy.
