Story related, cannot be missed. During your quest you will see the rich couple leave the hotel again. As you enter Vendor Avenue a thief will steal the lady's purse. A QTE filled chase will follow. After you've completed all QTEs and returned the bag to the Hotel the trophy will unlock.
